雖然這家餐廳,根本就是不在書裡面,但是有看了別的網友也去吃過的評價還不錯,而且這家餐廳是Gordon Ramsay(在倫敦可是米其林三星級的廚師)開的,所以我們還是照著原定計畫去了這家。但是我們是訂了中午的位子,中午跟晚上的菜單不太一樣(其他餐廳其實也是),鴨肉跟舒芙蕾只有晚上才有提供,不過後來服務人員還是去問了主廚,結果我們還是吃到了。吃的時候除了感覺好吃以外,整個感覺非常的順口,沒有讓人有”驚”到的感覺,或者可以講說比較溫和,而且又可以感覺廚師的料理手法的厲害。
但菜單裡面的24小時燉煮的豬肉,感覺沒想像中的好吃(原本很期待),可能是因為看到燉煮24小時的關係吧,舒芙蕾---對我而言稍稍甜了一些,而且還滿大的,是間單純好吃的餐廳。順便一提隔壁的china blue是書裡面一星的餐廳。
This restaurant is not listed under the current issue of Michelin 2008 Tokyo, however its Chef, Gordon Ramsay, a London’s legendary 3-star Michelin Chef, attracts me greatly to try his cuisine. We came in at lunch time but were told that Duck meat & Souffle set course (Yen$15,500) is only available at dinner time. Upon looking at our disappointing faces, the manager went to talk to the Head Chef and yes, he decided to prepare them specially for us. The whole course meal is just so smooth, delicious and well executed. I reckon it is a at least 2 starred restaurant.
