米其林一星 - Gordon Ramsay@Conrad Tokyo (昼)
雖然這家餐廳,根本就是不在書裡面,但是有看了別的網友也去吃過的評價還不錯,而且這家餐廳是Gordon Ramsay(在倫敦可是米其林三星級的廚師)開的,所以我們還是照著原定計畫去了這家。但是我們是訂了中午的位子,中午跟晚上的菜單不太一樣(其他餐廳其實也是),鴨肉跟舒芙蕾只有晚上才有提供,不過後來服務人員還是去問了主廚,結果我們還是吃到了。吃的時候除了感覺好吃以外,整個感覺非常的順口,沒有讓人有”驚”到的感覺,或者可以講說比較溫和,而且又可以感覺廚師的料理手法的厲害。
但菜單裡面的24小時燉煮的豬肉,感覺沒想像中的好吃(原本很期待),可能是因為看到燉煮24小時的關係吧,舒芙蕾---對我而言稍稍甜了一些,而且還滿大的,是間單純好吃的餐廳。順便一提隔壁的china blue是書裡面一星的餐廳。
This restaurant is not listed under the current issue of Michelin 2008 Tokyo, however its Chef, Gordon Ramsay, a London’s legendary 3-star Michelin Chef, attracts me greatly to try his cuisine. We came in at lunch time but were told that Duck meat & Souffle set course (Yen$15,500) is only available at dinner time. Upon looking at our disappointing faces, the manager went to talk to the Head Chef and yes, he decided to prepare them specially for us. The whole course meal is just so smooth, delicious and well executed. I reckon it is a at least 2 starred restaurant.

米其林二星 - Sant Pau (夜)
你會看到一個透明玻璃的開放式廚房,旁邊的那道門就是啦…
裡面的裝潢和服務感覺又更高級了。我們點了兩份兩萬四千兩百日元的套食,每一道菜可以說充滿了驚喜和不同的體驗(因為也沒吃過西班牙料理啦…)從前菜、主菜到起士盤和甜點,不僅是好吃更是充滿了視覺上的享受,還有服務人員感覺有比較活潑一點.。所以食材跟料理手法方面真的是沒話說。
快結束的時侯,廚師還出來跟每一桌的客人打招乎也聊了一下天,感覺很平易近人,還有就是,這家餐廳上菜的速度很快(應該是說跟另外兩家法國餐廳比起來啦…)不知道是不是因為光是前菜就好幾樣,甜點也好幾樣的關係…我想喜歡巧克力、起士還有一些堅果類的人應該會很喜歡。
It took us awhile to find the place behind Coredo in Nihonbashi (use Tozai Line subway). You will see an opened kitchen with bright blue tiled walls through a large glass window, in which a young Catalonia chef commending his cooks. We ordered 2 x Yen$24,200 set course, and we can tell you that almost every dish is a new experience. From appetizers to main course, and to cheeseboard & deserts, we were surprised from start to the end. A word of caution, this is a Spanish contemporary cuisine, and therefore, the taste is likely to be in unknown territory for most of people.

米其林二星 - L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon (夜)
就在六本木森美術館的對面。我們點了一份七千五百日元和一份一萬三千五百元的套餐,可以說是相當的不錯。如果是喜歡嘗試不同東西的人,這家餐廳應該會給你一些不同的感覺。我們點的主菜分別是鴨肉和小羊排,鴨肉的話自已覺得Gordon Ramsay的比較好吃一點,小羊排---真的很好吃哦。他們以開放式廚房和吧台的這種裝潢也比較熱鬧一些,但相對的也比較吵啦…菜色的搭配組合跟Gordon Ramsay比的話,來得比較新潮一點吧(大概是這麼說)
另外就是,因為我們訂到的是晚上九點半的位子,快結束的時候,剛好遇到Joel Robuchon本人哦,原本只是看到一個說著法文的阿公在跟大家打招乎,想說這個阿公也太熱情了吧,難道…認識這麼多來這裡用餐的外國人嗎?還是說…根本是老闆本人?!結果沒想到也跟我們打了招乎,還得到了兩份免費的甜點,吃完之後,就在門口看到了Joel Robuchon的照片,沒照像真可惜…
Situated only next to Mori Tower in Roppongi. We tried one Yen$7,500 and one Yen$13,500 set courses, and they are fantastic. Please bear in mind that it is a French contemporary cuisine, therefore, not all people would find the taste “familiar”. If you would love to try something different, this restaurant will certainly surprise you with the foods they are offering. We were lucky to meet Joel Robuschon himself, and he offered us 2 free appetizers which were not from the menu.

Patisserie Sadaharu AOKI paris
永遠店裡人都好多的AOKI,第一次的印象就是蛋糕的顏色好鮮艷,
每個看起來都很好吃的樣子,要另外點飲料才可以在這裡吃哦。
